Jupiter Electric Bikes

This bike is awesome! I chose the Defiant because of the looks, the 4" tires and the price. The assembly was pretty much straight forward and easy. I love the 4" tires too because you can ride on pretty much any terrain with ease. It rides smooth and has plenty of power to climbs hills. Caught it on a 2-day sale at Costco for a great price! The Customer Service is Excellent too. I called Customer Service on a couple minor issues which were resolved and handled very professionally by Jupiter Care Team member Anthony Castellano. I received my Defiant Bike and I love it. Megan at Jupiter was quick to answer all my emails and was very helpful. It's a sharp looking bike and I get a lot of people asking me about it on the street . It runs great, super fast, it's light enough to carry, and is a lot of fun to ride. Update 11/21/21 : This Defiant bike is really a trip to ride. I had installed a new spring seat, 27.2 mm shock stem (& shim) and a 1 1/8" +30 deg front Shockstop... what a difference! Not only is the ride fast, enjoyable and efficient.. but it is now much more comfortable to ride. I have discovered that the battery does get a slight recharge when going down hill ( over NYC bridges) and coasting... which is a feature that I did not think it had. The weight of the bike with the new upgrades is just lightly below 60 lbs .. which is still great for me since I have to carry it up 2 flights of stairs. Its a great bike!!

My salesman Tony with Jupiter was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the bicycle that I chose. He was very informative about he gave me all the ins and outs. I would refer the salesman to anyone because if they're looking for an honest opinion about the bike they choose he would go above and beyond.
